ValuAX headquarters — a private secure network and AI workflow, built first for ourselves

We applied the closed security architecture and AI work tools we offer clients to our own operations first, and run them every day.

The challenge

To offer clients “AI where data never leaves the company”, we have to use that setup every day ourselves. ValuAX built an environment in which a team split between Korea and Indonesia can work without outside cloud messengers.

What we did

  • An invisible internal network — an encrypted private network connects only our members’ devices. Internal services do not expose any address to the internet.
  • Our own work messenger — we installed an open-source collaboration platform, also adopted by defense and intelligence organizations, on our own server, so conversations and files are not stored by an outside vendor.
  • Call recording, automatic transcription and summaries — our own call server records each participant separately, and when a call ends, AI transcribes it and posts a summary to the messenger.
  • An AI work assistant — an AI assistant inside the messenger answers questions from our internal materials and organizes daily reports.
  • Automated server monitoring — the website server and incoming inquiries are monitored automatically, with an alert the moment something goes wrong.

The result

All of ValuAX’s business conversations, calls and documents run inside this setup. On top of it, we are developing a private AI assistant that answers from internal documents. The next step is an ontology that connects all of this data.
